WHAT WE DELIVER

Core Capabilities

Medical Surveillance Exams

Protocol-driven health monitoring programs built to OSHA, CDC, and agency-specific standards — detecting occupational disease and managing exposure risk across high-hazard industries and federal programs.

Medical Staffing Solutions

Licensed and credentialed clinical and non-clinical placement across temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent engagements — with rigorous screening and licensure verification for commercial, non-profit, and government healthcare organizations.

DOT Driver Exams

Through a nationwide network of NRCME-certified examiners, LTS delivers DOT physical examinations fully compliant with FMCSA regulations and 49 CFR 391.41 and 391.45.

Drug & Alcohol Testing

Federal CCF chain-of-custody drug screening and BAT testing processed through SAMSHA-certified laboratories, with DEA-licensed Medical Review Officers (MROs) adjudicating all non-negative results.

Mental Health Services

A nationwide network of credentialed providers conducting pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness-for-duty determinations, and partial assessments across virtual, telephonic, and in-person modalities.

Mass Evaluation Units (MEU)

Rapidly deployable mobile medical units staffed by credentialed, OSHA-compliant personnel — engineered for high-throughput federal medical surveillance in remote or high-volume operational environments.

Program Management

Full lifecycle program administration covering OSHA and CDC compliance oversight, provider credentialing, service delivery, and performance monitoring against federal agency and client-specific standards.

Technology & Data Integration

HIPAA-compliant, FedRAMP-aligned platform powered by Cority EHR — featuring secure portals, OCR-enabled documentation, and real-time compliance and exam status dashboards.
