Medical Surveillance Exams
Medical surveillance exams are an essential component of an employee workforce health program, particularly in industries where employees may be exposed to health risks due to environmental factors, workplace conditions, or specific job-related activities. These exams aim to monitor and protect the health of employees, ensuring their safety and well-being while also complying with regulatory requirements.

DOT (Dept of Transportation) Driver Exams
All DOT FMCSA certification exam testing is performed in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, rules and regulations as required by law and set forth by the DOT FMCSA. LTS has an extensive network of certified FMCSA examiners, in accordance with the FMCSA NRCME regulation. All examinations are conducted in accordance with regulations of the U.S. DOT in effect at the time of any such examination, including without limitation the provisions of 49 CFR 391.41, 391.45.
Drug & Alcohol Testing (Pre-Employment, Post Accident, Reasonable Suspicion, Random)
Most collections for drug testing take place in a designated clinic setting. All drug screening and collection services are performed in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, rules and regulations as required by federal agencies or as documented in our clients Policies and Procedures. Analysis is performed in laboratories certified and monitored by SAMSHA. LTS ensures documentation, including the Custody and Control Form (CCF), is received by the collector and the Specimen ID is recorded. BAT collections are performed on calibrated equipment and test number and results are recorded. LTS has multiple doctors certified as Medical Review Officers (MROs) who will review non-negative test results and provide final determinations.
Mental Health Services
LTS offers a nationwide network of credentialed mental health providers experienced in delivering services in full compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines. Our providers conduct pre-employment psychological evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, and partial assessments as required. Services are available through virtual, telephonic, and in-person modalities, ensuring flexible, accessible, and secure delivery to meet diverse operational and regulatory needs.
Mass Evaluation Units (MEU)
LTS offers rapid deployment of semi-permanent (pop-up), high-quality clinical services directly to any location for a pre-determined amount of time. LTS uses MEUs specifically designed to provide high-throughput medical exams. LTS’ flexible delivery model provides scalable, mobile medical surveillance capabilities with MEUs to support any client’s requirements, particularly in remote areas or during high volume assessment events.
