LTS’ Medical Staffing Solutions is focused on delivering best-in-class healthcare staffing and emergency response solutions to commercial, non-profit, and government healthcare agencies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, LTS deployed more than 215,000 clinical and non-clinical staff to support government and private sector clients across the entire United States.
Providing these services throughout the pandemic required LTS to manage extremely rapid workforce scaling during a nationwide shortage of clinical staff. To do so, we made strategic investments in our staffing and workforce management infrastructure and established a dedicated in-house medical staffing division. Today, this division provides our clients with trained and credentialed medical personnel across the clinical spectrum. Born out of our experience staffing large numbers of clinicians during a nationwide emergency, our staffing approach focuses on quality candidates, employee retention, and the flexibility required to provide staff in challenging, fast-paced environments, in all areas of the country.
